My focus through 2021-2023, and now in 2024, has been to continue living into this next big step in my professional journey and purpose. I have integrated my skills, intuition, empathy and experiences across three professional domains as described below: Advisor, Creator, Relationship Owner. With this powerful integration of 3 into 1, I help clients excel beyond their expectations and live their every aligned aspiration into Reality. As Intelligent Transformation Advisor: I work closely with enterprise customers and individuals to get to the next level of their Art, Skill and definitions of Success; to uncover and resolve blockers to their transformation and empower them to realize their goals and vision. This includes understanding their current landscape and perceived limitations, and putting into action their desired steady-state in the Present - such that it is in alignment with their original Impetus, guiding Ethos and intended Vision. As Creator, Pioneer and Founder: At every organization I have served, there has been an innate passion in me to be creative with what I learn: to accelerate my impact and be of highest service to those around me, ESPECIALLY my clients and those turning to me for guidance and support. This has been increasingly the case in the 25-year period through international educational institutions in Karachi and Toronto, at the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California in LA, the United Nations in NYC, the MSO JV Canoe Ventures, BI at MicroStrategy, Big Data at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Data & AI and DEI/cultural transformation at Microsoft, and Conscious Transformation at Sana A. Khan, LLC. As Business Relationship Owner: I leverage my Advisor and Creator energy to enrich my role as Relationship Owner, in service to my clients. My focus is to continue honing how and when I adapt my skills and flow to that of my customers / audience in any given moment, and my being a powerful advantage for them in the realization of their ultimate vision. I am now taking on challenges unlike anything that has come before. Excited to excel so far and wide that I would need to completely rewrite this Summary.
