Oversaw 14 swim groups, 5 ski groups, 3 cycle groups, 2 youth centers, a figure skating group, and seasonal winter sport event groups. Each group comprised a minimum of 10 students whose ages ranged from 4 to 68. Got promoted and allocated the responsibility of supervising my coworkers who initially started with me. Successfully managed to maintain the swim department's operations amid the unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic.
