Factoring reporting mechanisms to help properly plan and forecast is key to every successful campaign. With proper documentation, every organization can scale the onboarding, training and implementation process seamlessly and cohesively. // My work approach and focus // I bring an optimistic and proactive approach to my work, with a background in creative and human-centered startups and industries. My roles have included project management, operational development, design research and strategic growth. I am focused on project management and solution partnering for SaaS / Enterprise level companies with a good cultural edge. At HubSpot I worked at the intersection of architecting workflow frameworks and optimizing productivity by leveraging technological tools that champion automation and reduce burnout. Previously, I founded a Food and Wellness company with a specialization in autoimmune and digestive conditions where through meticulous research and development, I was able to develop recipes and manufacture food products that remedied some of the most complex chronic health cases. // My work philosophy / what’s My "Why?"// Systems, processes, and PM tools should not stifle but enable the magical experience of making products we believe in. It’s all possible with a positive attitude, empathetic communication style, and the belief that we all have a stake in making something great and of value – that we each bring something meaningful to the table.
