I was handling post sales ops for the client getting onboarded with DotPe and within 3 months, we reached 100+ client in Bangalore from F&B Brands with few names of Toscano, BBQ Nations, Leon Grill, Frozen Bottle with multi outlets across PAN India presence.

My usual day would include documents collection for KYC update along with menu creation tickets for central Team along with coordination for onboarding process, training assistance for staffs and assignment of supervisor for specific Geo Locations for product adaption of QR based menu order placement.

Along with this, report generation for invoices and daily updates of account manager for helping regional manager in forecasting of monthly and quarterly revenue.

UberEats

Worked up with Ops BLR Team on quality trainings for new onboarding process in pipeline along with multiple projects in same role for more than 11 months.

Basics involved timely counter setup for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals along with management of 30+ vendors for 3 different towers for 24*5, 24*7, day long counter operations.

Coordination with Facility Team for set up of new Happy Canopy scheduled for day and inventory movement inside Pritech Zone with supervisors and audit visits along with site visits scheduled for new vendors.
