Sprint is one of the largest telecom service providers in United States market. CIS contains information of data products and Voice products which can be provided to the direct customers and resellers. The project also involves online screens which customer representatives & business users use to manage sprint business. All the modules in this Application are designed in Natural and COBOL. The Database is designed in DB2 and ADABAS, major part of the modules use Natural as the programming language. The NRT (Near Real time) processes of CIS make the project mission critical. It has three major areas Core, Voice and Data.
