Annalise is a market intelligence specialist, providing market and consumer insights to help customers innovate. I was responsible for the Tech and Services practice.

TNO is the largest independent research organisation in the Netherlands. The Strategy and Policy team focuses on strategic questions about the role of digital technologies in society. At TNO I helped an association of Dutch media companies to further develop their digital services, a large city in the Netherlands to improve their information provision to public transport users and the European Commission to understand the effects that smart assistive systems may have in road transport.
