One of the founding directors of Bodiam Consulting Limited, a business consultancy specialising in project leadership and management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry was maintained.

Selected to be the representative from R&D whose role it was to track compounds in medicinal chemistry in order to facilitate their transfer into development. Project leader or team member who has worked on both lead and follow up compounds in a variety of therapeutic areas.
