•	CRM Implementation Leadership: Served as the leader of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool implementation across Pacífico Grupo Asegurador. Throughout my tenure as the Manager of Non-Physical Channels, I demonstrated a strong focus on customer-centricity, process optimization, and digital transformation. Planning, organizing, and launching the telephone sales project. This involved developing strategies, establishing a dedicated team, and implementing processes for efficient sales operations.
