The Group includes Freelance Professional Services Ltd (FPS), The Smooth Group, Pay Dynamics Ltd, Charterhouse Commercial Finance and Charterhouse Lombard Ltd (Lombard).  

The CEO has full responsibility across these companies which provide services to the recruitment industry (umbrella, immigration, payroll, factoring and offshore trust services), with offices in Isle of Man, London, Jersey, Australia, and Dubai.  FPS and Lombard are regulated by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), and the CEO is registered as a key person.

Key Achievements include the development and implementation of a strategy to refocus the group on our core services, and which included the sale of Charterhouse Commercial Finance. It also involved the investment in developing our sales structure, the introduction of online services, and the strengthening of the offering for our core products.

Key results include the implementation of workflow and imaging, call centre and business process reviews and efficiencies. Project managed the withdrawal from international markets.  Involvement in the data room and presentations for the sale of the business.

Sandra is a strategic thinker and commercial decision maker who turns visions into reality through strong leadership, detailed planning and implementation, determination and a ‘can do’ attitude.    Experienced in designing and implementing growth strategies, Sandra has also delivered company turnarounds, secured acquisitions and launched new start-ups. 

Sandra also acts as a Business Advisor for the Isle of Man Government – Department of Enterprise, transitioning easily between industries supporting businesses during their start up, growth or turnarounds. 

Her experience is supported by an MBA from Henley Business School, a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and the Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.  A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
