Designed and implemented a national sales platform utilizing relevant content on demand resulting in improved sales activity and universal support from sales consultants and leaders across the enterprise.  Key contributor to the effectively branded USI One Advantage created to drive the key message of how USI is both different and better than the competition.

Leads the team responsible for the USI Marketing and Branding strategy and the development and execution of the annual USI PEAK incentive program that recognizes top performers.

Responsible for margin expansion, organic growth and acquisition integration for the largest insurance brokerage in Central Texas. Directly managed over 50 associates responsible for sales, customer service marketing and technical support.

Established Sales Management Best Practices to drive a focus on sales activity in all retail and non-retail offices. Worked with carriers on key "programs" for select sales professionals or key operations. Developed and managed sales incentives nationally.
