Sendinblue is an all-in-one digital marketing platform targeting mainly SMBs and has over 300,000 active users across 160 countries. These users were all using the segmentation engine I was working on. 
- Led UX/UI team and Engineering team using a design thinking process to rethink the segmentation engine to increase its use 
- Drove ideation workshops with tech, UX, product, and sales/CSM to identify together the needs and pain of the users and align teams
- Defined and prioritized the product roadmap, users' stories, and requirements following agile methodologies 
- Launched operational insights and created metrics reporting and analysis of the users' behaviors 
- Evangelized the feature by doing demos, writing releases notes, helping with product delivery to users, and working with the knowledge team
