Research interests: Mentoring, women college presidents, university administration, higher education leadership, career advancement, college access and attainment, Latinos in higher education, women of color in STEM, AI, Blockchain tech. ASU Career Highlights: Over a decade of service for the ASU Chicano/Latino Faculty and Staff Association (CLFSA) serving as the 50th President supporting the organization's mission to build a community where Chicano Latino Faculty and Staff thrive, which included managing the Laura Rendón Scholarship, mentoring program, & the CLFSA Gala. In addition, a proud past member of the Commission on the Status of Women serving as Chair for the Tempe Campus creating professional development opportunities for ASU staff, faculty, & students. Lastly, a proud past Vice President for the ASU Association of Human Communication.
