Handles the generation and development of both inbound and outbound new business opportunities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff & budget allocation to ensure maximized profit for the business.

Marketing:
-	Implemented an Integrated Marketing Campaign for the launch of Hope In A Bottle (HIB).  
•	Overseen the production and launch of a regional 8-week Print & TVC campaign launch for HIB. 
•	Established the brand’s online accounts & conceptualized the online communications handle of the brand.  
•	Responsible for laying out PR strategy,for hands-on development of PR angle and communication materials,and for mounting HIB’s Press Launch that delivered approx. P1Million worth of media value and other brand exposures.
-	Daily monitoring,management and posting of Hope’s digital accounts (Facebook,Twitter & Instagram) that asserted the brand’s online presence & virality. 
-	Strategized marketing programs for different channels by customizing campaigns for each account and making the brand relevant in these channels.
-	Coordinated tie-up events & brand activations by utilizing brand partnerships and network to expand exposure and create sales channels for the brand with minimal expense.
-	Negotiated, conceptualized and secured co-branding partnerships with established brands from various industries for 2013.

Sales:
-	Pushed for the availability of a newcomer brand to approx. 500 doors within Metro Manila & some key regions,with less than a year of operations. 
-	Thoroughly negotiated and sealed approx. 70% of its accounts,wherein 4 out of the 5 of the top performing partners came from these.
-	Created sales system from processing orders,developing sales documents,until serving & monitoring accounts, and handling collection process.
-	Developed a sales program which was able to boost sales to approx. 267% of its average monthly cases sold, and supported approx. 10,000 families affected by the calamity.

Headed the conceptualization, formation, implementation and monitoring of the entire business unit’s marketing activities for its entire seafood category.

Key Achievements:
-	Re-established the brand portfolio and marketing strategies by extensively researching on the evolving consumer market and strategically repositioning each brand accordingly. 
-	Spearheaded the development of Fried Sardines (FS) category with a successful growth of 60% within 6 months and noted as the fastest growing amongst the entire sardines industry.   
•	Determined and developed the new product offerings for the FS category.  
•	Managed the campaign development for the reintroduction of category (above the line, below the line, and other brand events included) that reasserted the brand’s category leadership.
•	Developed a sales program that boosted brand’s presence on-shelf, and further improved its performance. 
-	Continuously monitored sales and production, as well as the inventory management system of entire seafood line.
-	Involved in the research, conceptualization and development of a product innovation that was recently launched as a first of its kind for the category.
-	Implemented various consumer promotions and regional sampling activities that reaffirmed the brand’s presence against aggressive competitors.
-	Monitored and allocated the business unit’s A&P Expenses to ensure efficient budget management and lowest CTS possible through heavy negotiations with suppliers and agencies.
-	Pioneered a trade program that changed the incentive scheme to accounts, delivering approx. 120% sales for the past 3 months of its execution. 
-	Developed 2012 business plan and volume projections of the various brands for the business unit that aims to turnaround the business’ performance

My passion for sustainability led me to building my own eco-luxe wear brand, Kelapa Wear, and subsequently create I am Sustainable Studio, an early staged start-up pioneering a circular solution for the hospitality industry. We're on a mission to transform the future of doing responsible business, one brand at a time.

With my expertise in branding, product development, innovation, and communication strategy, I transform businesses into holistically sustainable ones, empowering aspiring entrepreneurs of tomorrow. I also offer corporate training to help start-ups and existing businesses needing marketing or consulting support.
