Growing up in Silicon Valley’s central hub of innovation, I have always instilled a growth mindset, whether it has been as a communicator, scholar, singer, part-time worker, and now, an up-and-coming sales development professional. With four years of collective work experience across multiple people-oriented industries, and my professional calling and passion for customer and service-centric roles derives from my love of helping others and cultivating positive differences rooted in creativity, compassion, and collaboration. For example, during the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 tax seasons as an Administrative Assistant, I helped transition and retain over 300 new client accounts and their tax data through digital document management prioritizing client care and interactions to effectively streamline operational efficiency. My dream of helping people and customers has led me to pursue tech sales and seek an entry-level position as a Sales Development Representative.
