•	Accelerate the launch of Harmonic 1100 across EMEA
•	Drive adoption of expansion into new specialties – Gynecology, Thoracic, HPB
•	Continue leadership and support for Megadyne business

EMEA Platform Lead, Megadyne and Harmonic 1100 portfolios, Ethicon, MedTech

Main tasks: 
•	Complete integration and commercialization of the acquired Megadyne business.
•	Lead a senior-level cross-functional project team to better implement health & safety legislation in 
 EU markets to expand the smoke evacuation market 
•	Lead EMEA preparation & launch activities for 5 new products, including a smoke evacuation portfolio and an electrosurgical generator.

Key Achievements: 

•	 Completed Integrated Value Team project for smoke evacuation market expansion, reached +240% revenue growth YoY in target markets
•	Launched an integrated EMEA-wide omnichannel marketing campaign (focused on social media, email marketing, SEO), increased awareness among healthcare professionals by +35%
•	Organized launch events and field sales force training for all 5 products
•	Delivered +16.1% CAGR of revenue growth 2019-2021
•	Received Global Energy Leadership Award (2020) for product launch excellence

EMEA Platform Lead, Megadyne Portfolio, Ethicon, MedTech

Stretch Assignment: 
•	Member of a digital-first launch team to launch the Balversa brand, following a new centralized digital Go To Market model focused on content personalization. 
•	The team followed agile project management methodology and designed digital campaigns and personalized customer journeys for oncologists and pathologists.

EMEA Product Manager, Bladder & FGFR IBVT, The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies

Main Tasks: 
•	Lead launch planning for an Advanced Bipolar Energy product portfolio (target $50+MM) , member of a cross-functional launch team
•	Lead EMEA Regional activities for the launch of Enseal X1 Large Jaw device, based on the launch readiness principles. Develop KOL relationships, pricing strategy, and brand positioning
•	 Expand Ethicon Energy’s market share in a new segment. 

Key Achievements:
•	Launched Enseal X1 Large Jaw across EMEA, reached + 16% share gain in the first year of launch
•	Refined positioning and segmentation, reversed multi-year sales decline, achieved +30% revenue growth
•	Leveraged customer insights to shape regional launch pricing strategy through 1:1 interviews with 60 healthcare professionals across 8 EMEA markets, including KSA, UAE, and Kuwait.

EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, Ethicon Energy, Medical Devices

Main Tasks:
•	Marketing management for Ethicon Energy and Endomech portfolios in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
•	Lead and coach direct reports, and be an active member of the Ethicon Leadership team.

Key Achievements:
•	Negotiated first-of-a-kind partnerships with external Kit Packer Company on the EMEA level
•	Contributed to the setup of an internal employee engagement program to drive organizational change management, impacting 45 employees

In this role I was part of the CEE regional marketing team, responsible for the turnaround of $27MM Endomech portfolio across 17 countries. I executed integrated regional brand and business plan and implemented Key Opinion Leader engagement plan. I rolled out sales rep training plan across 17 markets, created targeted promotional assets, reversed 3-year decline, and delivered +3% revenue growth

 - Awarded Best CEE Marketer of 2014

CEE Marketing Manager, Ethicon Endo, Medical Devices

- Launched new electrosurgical generator product and restructured pricing strategy for Poland and Baltics, realized overall +24% revenue growth

- Initiated brand campaigns across 3 markets and gained government reimbursement for a new product, worth €0.5m over 3 years

- Promoted a comprehensive range of surgical devices in general surgery, oncology, thoracic, gynecological, ENT, bariatric, and cardiology specialties. 
 - Built bariatric surgery business, activated patient awareness campaigns and established Key Opinion Leader community, grew from 0 to 300 procedures per year

Outside of work, I love the outdoors and adventure. Some of my adventures include volunteering in Ecuador, mentoring entrepreneurs from Kenya, hiking, and climbing mountains worldwide.

March marked a significant milestone for my daughters, who turned 5 years old. It's incredible to witness their growth and development as they transition from being small, dependent babies to becoming unique individuals.

During this time, I've reflected on the essence of motherhood and the kind of mother I aspire to be. I've come to embrace a few guiding principles that empower and inspire me:

1. Independence over-dependence: I believe in allowing them the freedom to make their own choices and decisions. This means allowing them to explore, experiment, and even make mistakes. I understand that this process may involve some bumps and bruises, but it's through these experiences that they will learn and grow.
   
2. Experiences over material possessions:  It means creating meaningful memories and quality time spent together over giving them even more things. For us, it means outdoor adventures, camping trips, or simply exploring nature. My wish for them is to engage in enriching experiences that will shape their perspectives and foster a deep appreciation for the world around them.
   
3. Cultivating confidence: I want my daughters to believe in their limitless potential and embrace their strength and intelligence. Whenever they express doubt or say, "I can't," I lovingly correct them and remind them that they can achieve anything they set their minds on. Witnessing them accomplish some of the things that they thought were impossible is beautiful. 
   
4. Encouraging self-expression. I support and encourage them to express themselves freely. I try to provide them the space and opportunity to explore their passions and talents through art, music, or engaging in activities they love. I also watch out for clues in which direction they like to move. 
   
5. Establishing healthy boundaries: My daughters must understand that being a mother doesn't mean sacrificing my dreams and aspirations or vice versa. I have my interests, passions, and responsibilities just as they do. I strive to balance my pursuits and their needs, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. It's not about constant presence but rather being fully present when we are together.

Lastly, I let them be themselves. I encourage them to embrace their messy, noisy, and imaginative selves. Childhood is a magical time, and I want them to relish every moment of it. It's okay if they come home with scraped knees, dirty clothes, or wild hair – that is all part of growing up. 

Of course, it's not always easy to let go or be fully present, especially with the demands of daily life. All we can do is our best. I am immensely grateful to have them in my life. 

Childhood is a miraculous period filled with endless possibilities waiting to be discovered. 

Let them have it and enjoy it to their heart's content.
