Freshworks

- Work closely with Freshteam's SMB and mid-market customers to identify and solve their most critical business
problems.
- Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations for our active deals.
- Supporting sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
- Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Conduct effective requirements gathering to clearly identify customer problems.
- Build and deliver compelling technical demonstrations of the Freshworks products.

- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.
- Do rigorous research on companies, and build an effective sales pipeline.
- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies.
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once their needs are identified.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel,connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in - person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Work closely with AE’s and Sales directors to drive deals to closure, aide in negotiation, pricing determination and strategising.
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.

Sales Development Representative

- Relationship based selling, outreach and specialised outbound activities 
- Market research, list buliding and assisting the team with events coordination
- Onboarding and training new interns on the sales/market research/demand gen team
- Conduct learning sessions and sales training every week for the demand generation team 
- Working with the Product, Customer Success, and the Marketing teams to create collateral that will be used to engage indirectly with external stakeholders for driving demand and adoption of our products and their benefits.
-Creating product content (based on data insights, features, product launches, industry trends, etc.) in the form of newsletters, infographics, case studies, blogs, articles, webinar materials, etc. to articulate the benefits of our products to external stakeholders.
-To engage in customer marketing activities such as work with the internal team to conduct customer interviews, collect testimonials, collaborate on webinars, etc.
