My approach is led by my Swedish upbringing and is above all focused on radical candour for radical results. I partner with businesses and individuals seeking straight conversations about their requirements and starting point. I will always approach our discussions with the respect of candour and frankness; it makes our time together purposeful and it makes you get to your goals quicker, and having more fun in the process. My approach It is straight forward, pragmatic, and impact oriented. I focus on self-coaching techniques to ensure clients have long term access to tools which they can continue to build on outside a coaching or consulting relationship. I believe that impactful change starts with an ability to analyse context, interactions, and behaviours; in ourselves, in others and in the organisation. I work to build clients’ observational skills in a way that increases your impact, and allows them to use a strategic mindset in everyday situations.
