Facilitates clients’ strategic work within social and environmental impact management and impact measurement. Develops tools and processes  to measure and manage impact on clients behalf. Facilitates dialogue to reach consensus on desired impact and needs for development of their impact framework with the client organizations.  Some examples of clients that I have worked with are Friends, the Swedish Red Cross and the Naturskyddsföreningen. 

Leads our advanced courses in impact measurement. Develops teaching materials and lectures in impact measurement and management. Our advanced courses are aimed at professionals who work with impact measurement and management  in the public and non-profit sector.

Part of the working group of experts who develops a Swedish standard for impact measurement. Contributes to dialogue around consensus on what constitutes good impact measurement, and supports the working group's work with research regarding the wider sector's view of the area.

Impact Management Specialist

Reach for Change

Led the impact measurement and management  of the impact of Reach for Change’s (RCF) global incubator program. Developed measurement tools, collected, quality assured, analyzed and communicated quantitative and qualitative impact data.

Led the development of RfC's training material in impact  measurement. Initiated RfC's development of digital modules to train social entrepreneurs in impact measurement and management. The initiative became one of Sweden's largest knowledge hubs for social entrepreneurs.

Led agile processes in program development. Facilitated workshops on program development according to Human Centered Design principles.

Social Impact Manager

Led the impact measurement of thematic programs and priority projects. Developed measurement tools, collected, quality assured, analyzed and communicated quantitative and qualitative impact data.

Capacity built other organizations in impact measurement. Led impact measurement workshops for our Change Leaders, and quality controlled their work in impact measurement and management.

Social Impact Officer

Supported impact measurement of long-term effects of the incubator program. Collected, quality assured, analyzed and communicated quantitative and qualitative impact data.

Supported the Aid Coordinator's work in developing a new framework for Swedish Aid Policy  Duties included gathering and analyzing qualitative data, as well as representing the Africa Unit at meetings with other units.
