At REA, I partnered with Design, Product, and Tech across the business customer area to lead strategic research, enable evaluative research, and enhance the research capability. At the same time, I advocated for more creative approaches to conducting research and sharing insights. At Latitude, I was part of a cross-functional team and advised the LMoney delivery team on best practice research methodologies to inform product roadmaps, as well as our digital lending and 28Degrees Travel Card experiences. My mission was to evangelize our design and customer-led, hypotheses & experiment-driven way of working across the whole business. Driving our Research Op’s initiative helped our research practice to scale and make our research insights more accessible. At Post, I learned to apply my academic craft at a fast pace and in collaboration with Design, Tech and Product. My work helped to understand a variety of problem spaces of our consumer and business customers and evaluate designs for many Australia Post digital solutions: Australia Post Track, Delivery choices - Parcel locker, Post Office Box and Safe drop, MyPost account, Mail Redirection Service and Change of address, MyPost Business and Parcel Send - a B2B parcel lodgement platform.
