I've worked with an amazing team for Zendesk, a Customer Service and Sales CRM. I contributed to the main automation frameworks of the Company, focusing on the support platform. Some of the things I used to do on a daily basis:

- Onboarded new TAEs to the project
- Maintained and added integration tests using Ruby / RSpec / Capybara
- Helped with the implementation of the Cypress Automation Framework
- Configured Jenkins Jobs (Smoke / Integration tests)
- Contributed on Zendesk repositories (GitHub) on a daily basis
- Used some tools like SauceLabs, Okta, JIRA, Zoom, Slack, among others.

Worked with a great team for Zola, a company that facilitates planning for Weddings. I used to meet with clients, perform manual QA tasks, as well as contributing to two big automation projects. Some of my day to day tasks involved:

- Onboarding and Mentoring for new members
- Perform Functional, Exploratory and Regression testing on Web and Mobile applications.
- Requirement analysis and test plans creation
- Client communication (Slack, Gmail, Hangouts/Zoom meetings)
- Create, update and execute test cases / test suites (TestLodge)
- Bug tracking (JIRA, Assembla)
- Automation and Integration testing (Selenium WebDriver, Java, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, Jenkins, CircleCI, Github)

Had the opportunity to work on the incorporation of Electronic Clinical History for Uruguay, allowing doctors and patients to have easy access to it. Performed mostly manual QA tasks and contributed to the testing process of the project, by working with sensitive data and preventing critical bugs.

- Worked with Web Services (SoapUI)
- Performed queries with databases (DBeaver, DB2)

I'm a talented QA with a good eye for detail and excellent skills analyzing problems and coming up with solutions. Also a fast learner and very good for teamwork, able to adapt quickly and perform efficiently.
