Generating sales and meeting the direct sales target set by the management for the financial year.

Assisting consultants/clients in HVAC design and support contractors with heat load calculation; duct layout; fresh air and extract air calculations as per ASHRAE standards.
			
Heat load calculation using Carrier HAP 4.0 Software. Sizing of ducts/pipes using related software.

 Selection of HVAC machines- Residential and Light Commercial units and Chilled Water Units based on the equipment schedule, heat load calculation and customer specific requirement using various HVAC Software
Assisting contractors for D.M/EHS/TRAKHEES approvals and providing support in technical submittals.
			
Preparation of sales quotation and liaising with customers regarding product sales and applications specific to projects and inputting the related data into ORACLE/SALES FORCE for tracking.
			
Creating Sales orders and generating pending sales reports in Oracle/SAP.
			
Meeting the customer and sales presentations with client/consultant to get the product approved for the project.
			
Core involvement in the unitary product development by working closely with the R&D Team and helping the sales department to achieve the Annual Target.

Attending Technical meeting with clients /consultants and provide them with expertise opinions on products and related design system. 
Ensuring timely	delivery and good negotiation of payment terms with customers in a viable way.
