•Produced initial design documents and presentations to help kick start the project and gathered information from the client with the use of rendered design drawings, using free hand sketching, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D to communicate architectural design concepts and layouts for commercial projects (corporate offices).
•With direction from the senior Project Architect and senior Designer, developed, modified, and reviewed drawings ensuring the incorporation of design intent.
•Coordinated schematic drawings with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection (MEP/FP), HVAC, civil, structural, lighting, A/V, and furniture, consultants to incorporate building services into architectural and interior designs to produce construction documentation and secure client approval.
•Prepared furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) schedules, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage schedules. Defined art, and color schemes as per design intent and client’s requirements.
•Documented and resolved RFI’s, transmittals and other project queries by varied teams of the projects- MEP consultants, Vendors, Project Manager on site as well as contractor.

Pernaud Ricard Head Office: A State of the art facility for the renowned alcohol producing French Company, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Max Group Offices: An organic space designed based on the concept of organic and living interiors in a LEED certified building, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

In this esteemed Architectural and Interior Design Firm I worked on the design conceptualisation and execution of various residential projects as well on a hospitality project.
Projects:
Hotel Claridges Renovation: It is a 5-star boutique hotel based in the heart of Delhi, Connaught Place. I had the opportunity to work as a project architect on it with the following duties:
1. Laying the furniture and floor plans for the guest rooms based on the new module layout.
2. Coordinating the material vendors and the procurement list.
3. Formulating the B.O.Q. as per each area renovated. 
4. Drafting the Architecture drawings, including electrical, flooring, furniture, etc.

Design Concept, Moodboards, Material Selection and technical drawings.

•Produced 2D elevations and 3D of the high-end residential building exteriors and interiors based on the design intent of the principal AIA certified architect using BIM software’s SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD 2D.
