As a Runner, I was able to understand more the media industry and the duties and people that are involved in running a post-production house
I was able to interact and provide clients with excellent customer service by a high level of communication and with my friendly interpersonal skills. I was able to learn basic skills such as maintaining cash floats with internal software and checking stock levels. In addition, I was able to ensure daily smooth runnings of other departments as well as my own such as being trained to help the operations department by manually handling equipment. Also, I was able to work as a receptionist, working on my administration skills and developing my written and verbal skills.
