Roles & Responsibilities;
	Managing over 1200 employees, having a Team of 3 HR associates controlling different locations in UAE.
	Implementing group HR Policies and Programs including grading, guiding the Line Managers and Employees on to set processes and guidelines to manage human resources effectively. 
	Managing the staff functions by recruiting, testing and pre-screening applicants, coordinate with departmental Heads to determine staffing needs, recommend and develop selection standards and employment procedures, and assures their consistent implementation.  
	Establish a Performance Management culture that allow Managers to have set guidelines for employees on assessing performance and that it is reviewed with employees on a regular basis to monitor employee productivity, attitudes and performance results. 
	Ensure that all job roles have a detailed job description that accurately portrays their responsibilities and that it is communicated to all employees.  
	Create organizational development and employee training programs based on predefined job role key competencies.  
	Ensure that all employee documents and databases are kept up to date and that records can be easily accessed. 
	Managing employee grievances, poor performance, or misconduct by applying set disciplinary actions and creating a platform for accepted working standards and promoting The Way We Work. 
	Establish simple, cost effective HR processes including resource planning, staffing, diversity, performance management, training, development, employee relations, health and safety, information management, compensation and communications to operate quickly and efficiently when dealing with current and future employees.
	Establish a simple and appealing value proposition(s) through the effective mix of key elements to attract, retain and incentivize high performance.

Regulations. Manage actions and proceedings brought against CA arising in connection with
Employment, benefits and workers compensation issues, including preparation of

in counseling employees, conducting evaluations, staff training, problem-solving
and consensus-building.
9. Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to
discuss all human resources related issues.
10. Oversee the Organizational Development & Training function and develop
employee training programs.
11. Maintain inter- and intradepartmental work flow by providing information to and
cooperating with co-workers.
13. Work with VP of Administrative Services/CFO on matters involving benefits,
employee safety and workers compensation issues.
14. Oversee handling of employment-related inquiries, such as employment
verification requests and unemployment compensation inquiries and proceedings.
16. Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs.
17. Enhance job performance by applying up-to-date professional and technical
knowledge gained by attending seminars and conferences and reviewing
professional publications.

	To maintain and update the record of staff and making schedule for workers on weekly basis.

Liaison between Head Office and Terminal for employees' insurance, hospitalization, claims &amp; other activities related to Health &amp; Life insurance with insurance Companies and Panel Hospitals.
To support DGM HR in reports required by Head Office.
To maintain employee files &amp; other documentation.
To look after employee cafeteria, payments invoices &amp; resolve day to day issues.
Build and maintain job data bank.
Conducting initial interviews.
Develop, implement and manage all HR policies and procedures as required
