I have 3 years of experience as a virtual executive assistant. Currently, I work as a virtual assistant at MYVA360, a company specialized for virtual support. Some of my tasks are managing emails and calendars, invoicing, data entry, internet research, managing documents creating presentations and spreadsheets, etc. I also have experience in using various scheduling and social media tools, as well as CRMs (HubSpot, Cloze, Nimble,SocialBee, Accuity, etc.) Previously, I was a freelancer at UpWork, where I served several clients, on both short and long term projects. I worked on scheduling appointments, email management and small tasks such as data entry, research, etc. When I’m not working, I enjoy seeing new places and reading books. I also tend to follow new trends and strategies in the digital marketing area, as well as computer science. I find myself a reliable and friendly person able to multitask, I also see myself as someone who can take constructive critics well. My core strength is logical thinking, as well as problem-solving.
