Originally wanting to become a teacher, this position supported my personal mission to make education as accessible as possible to everyone 🎓

So I became a content creator for an E-Learning platform tailored to pupils, trainees and students of economics. I was responsible for
- Writing educational content
- Creation of informative graphics
- Keyword SEO of platform content for better visibility

It still brings me joy to find some of the articles I wrote (and seeing how well they rank on Google!)

Later on, I switched departments and supported the digital guest management team. 🎟

I was responsible for ticketing and guest management for adidas AG and its partners and in charge of
- Administration of internal ticketing tool for key accounts
- Database management 
- Guest management and accreditation for EURO 2020ne

Fun fact: If you've ever had tickets to any sporting event, rest assured there's so much more going on behind the act of 'buying a ticket' – it's in fact large process connecting various stakeholders from A to Z.

Digital Guest Management

As a sports and event enthusiast, I could not have had a better opportunity to merge both! ⚽️

I assisted in managing and executing internal (retailer visits, marketing campaigns, board meetings) and external (Berlin Marathon, Formula E, product launches) events and brand activations for international clients with a range of diverse tasks like
- Guest accreditation and other hospitality-related tasks
- Sales and promotion activities
- Visual merchandising
- Logistics support and sample handling

My highlight: Supporting adidas' brand activations at the Berlin BMW Marathon 2019 and witnessing a world record! Goosebumps.

With the desire to get active in my university's community and to connect with international students, I supported the International Office in planning and managing events for exchange students. 🌎

My tasks were
- (Online) event organization for incoming exchange students
- Content creation for homepage
- UX for onboarding platform
- Support of international exchange students in administration tasks

Despite the obstacles caused by the pandemic, I loved exploring creative ways to help our exchange students get settled and to make them feel welcome in my hometown.

As a huge sports addict, a dream came true in this freelance project assistance! 🤸‍♀️

I supported the BU Training during GTM FW20 by
- Developing a visual marketing concept (presentations, assistance in photo shootings, product design)
- Organizing internal meetings and retailer visits
- Sample management and visual merchandising

I loved seeing the apparel and footwear samples we marketed in this project in stores a year later – really amazing to witness this process from start to finish.

My take on "trying something new post studies": Interning at an international radio station! 🎙

I was responsible for
- Assisting radio hosts during show e.g. by handling incoming calls, updating news and traffic
- Content creation for social media
- Interview conduction and editing audio recordings
- Press conferences and assisting in promotion activities

Fun fact: While this internship only lasted for a few months, you can still hear my voice in some of the channel's spots to this day!

THE highlight during my bachelor studies: A semester abroad interning at a Spanish DMC (Destination Managing Company) in Valencia, Spain. 🇪🇸

Despite being a "becaria" (intern in Castellano) I was trusted with a variety of tasks, such as
- Planning and executing corporate events such as incentives and meetings on the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands
- Handling bookings
- Accounting tasks
- Hospitality related tasks on-site

An unforgettable chapter where I went beyond my comfort zone on various occasions and even brought my Spanish level to fluency!

My first working student position was in data administration for a company in the telecommunication sector. 📞

My tasks consisted of
- Handling incoming requests by suppliers
- Administrative tasks related to the roll-out of mobile radio stations

My biggest takeaway: Learning how to work independently as a newbie to the working world and to manage my time efficiently in alignment with my studies 💡
