Have we met? I’m Sara, of all things writing. I do content and copywriting for the fashion industry, primarily children’s fashion. I give kids’ clothes the words so that their trendy, chic, beautiful story can emerge in full color, one piece at a time. I write brochures, bios, the most compelling emails, web copy and product descriptions that’ll steal their hearts and put the product in their carts. And because I want to tell the whole story, I also write the most informative blog posts that elicit a die-hard loyalty that is hardly matched. And because I’m also a mom, I known exactly what other moms are searching for and how to lead them straight to it. Want to know more about me? Let's see. I'm not a fan of thriller novels, when I get ahold of one I read the beginning, then the end and the middle part last (if the writing's any good). And I always wonder how many others do it that way, too and don't care to admit it. I care more for books with emotional appeal (Nevil Shute is a favorite.) I believe the world is a much simpler place than we make it out to be and most writers of self-help literature out there just like the sound of their own voice. (hey, so do I) The more I try to train my taste buds to appreciate fine cuisine, the more I like pasta. There’s lots more banalities I can share about me but I’ll stop here and say that there’s nothing cliche about great copywriting Oh and did I mention I'm a recovering (not-yet recovered) people-pleaser?
