I founded OPTIMOD with a clear purpose: to help fast-growing businesses scale without chaos. Over the years, I’ve seen how quickly roles, processes, and communication can break down as companies grow. My focus has always been on building the right structures and processes, and aligning them with strategy and goals so leaders and teams can move forward with confidence.

OPTIMOD today stands on two main pillars:

1) Community & Ecosystem
We support entrepreneurship through initiatives and events that create real impact, such as the Improving Entrepreneurial Journey Initiative and the Founders' Off-The-Grid Retreat.

2) Service & Collaboration
We help companies through a suite of services, offer educational opportunities as part of our work, and collaborate with partners when needed.

OPTIMOD grew out of my passion for building strong business structures and my belief in supporting entrepreneurship. That passion still drives everything I do today.

DOCENTRIC

Managing and optimizing Back Office operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and clarity. Driving daily activities while shaping long-term improvements to ensure seamless performance across the organization. 

Focus areas:
• Driving ERP Business Central implementation, including project management, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
• Designing, refining, and documenting processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting leadership with recommendations and aligning operations with organizational goals
• Building a knowledge base framework with structured manuals and process models
• Overseeing finance, legal, compliance, and daily operational activities
• Onboarding and supporting new team members with insights to boost efficiency

Business Process Manager | Senior Back Office Operations Specialist

• Managed and executed processes across various divisions at Docentric from its early stages (2017-2023).
• Established Back Office Processes from the ground up, covering Human Resources, Compliance, General Administration, Finance, Back Office, and Sales Support.
• Oversaw and managed the establishment of two subsidiary companies: DynamicsCraft (2022) in Serbia and DynamicsMinds (2022) in Slovenia, along with the implementation of internal processes and document frameworks.
• Took the lead in implementing the Business Central ERP System for Docentric.
• Spearheaded the development of process models and a structured database for internal How-To Manuals and a Knowledge Base.
• Continuously monitored processes and their interactions with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
• Restructured the Back Office into three separate departments (Back Office, HR, and Sales Support) and managed the onboarding process for all new team members as we expanded the team.

The role focuses on building connections, amplifying women’s voices, and advancing initiatives that promote inclusivity, empowerment, and sustainable growth in Slovenia and beyond.

G100 is a renowned group of the top powerful women leaders in the world with a vision for the future, including Nobel Laureates, Heads of State, Ministers, Businesswomen, Philanthropists, Investors, Entrepreneurs, Corporate and Community Leaders.

The mission is to provide the thought leadership on what needs to be done for inclusivity, safety, economic & social empowerment of women globally, addressing genders gaps and achieving gender parity within this decade.

• Driving ERP Business Central implementation, including project management, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
• Assisted in setting up streamlined process flows to enhance conference operations and improve the overall sponsor and attendee experience.
• Utilized the run.events platform to efficiently manage events and ensure a smooth registration process for attendees.
• Ensured the event management platform's compliance with relevant laws and regulations while aligning it with company goals.
• Collaborated closely with team members to plan and successfully execute a 3-day conference covering Microsoft Business Applications, including Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
• Managed all financial operations for the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Community Conference, including sponsorship quoting, invoicing, and monitoring attendee tickets and payments.

Regionalna Razvojna Agencija Ljubljanske Urbane Regije

As a contracted consultant for the Regional Development Agency of Ljubljana Urban Region, I conducted workshops and provided consultations for participants of the PONI LUR project. This initiative, part of "An Entrepreneurial Approach to Challenges" (2023–2029), is a key element of the EU Cohesion Policy Program (2021–2027), which aims to foster innovation and boost the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Focus areas:
• Designed and executed customized workshops for the PONI LUR project, fostering a community of aspiring entrepreneurs.
• Provided mentorship and strategic guidance to support participants in building successful businesses.
• Prepared comprehensive documentation and reports to ensure program standards were met.

• Educated students on the significance of operations and engineering in diverse business environments.
• Demonstrated practical process modeling using ARIS Architect, a powerful software tool for designing, modeling, and optimizing business processes.
• Introduced students to various business process modeling techniques.
• Instructed students on creating, analyzing, managing, and maintaining the entire enterprise model using ARIS Architect, encompassing strategy, business processes, information architectures, application landscapes, and services.

I have always been interested in business structures, how organizations operate, and how to manage them effectively. This interest led me to focus my studies on this area and obtain a Master's degree in Business Systems Engineering. 

I have been working in the field of organizational science since 2016 and have worked with many companies and occupied various roles in organizational departments since then. My work focuses on helping organizations optimize their processes and guiding them towards optimum success. 

I also aim to help individuals learn about the vast opportunities in the world of entrepreneurship and the importance of continuous learning and personal development. In 2017, I began creating an ecosystem to support this goal, which has since evolved into the company today known as OPTIMOD.
