Managed on time and to budget the design and implementation of Mitie AirWatch builds to their 300 mobile engineers, then maintaining the required service levels and reporting.
Managed on time and to budget the deployment of 200 Apple devices to Apetito corporate users ensuring the required service is maintained and reported on post deployment.
Ensured positive customer satisfaction and customer relations for multiple accounts was maintained to the highest standard.
