I have Been part of heathrow airport limited for over 20 years from a security officer to a security manager operations and currently a traffic flow controller. I am a Hard working team player who also can perform efficiently as an individual if needed. A Dynamic manager who has a passion to help others develop and further thier careers and a big passion for customer service. Experienced in customer service, aviation security, line management, Health & safety, CCTV monitoring and security compliance. I am currently part of team who look after the operation of Heathrow’s central bus station and 83 miles of road network to ensure a smooth running operation. I am trained to use traffic management to safely guide traffic and also trained to use urban traffic control (UTC) to help peak time traffic flow in and out of heathrow airport. Also part of my current role is being a first responder to road traffic accidents, fire evacuations, ambulance calls and security related incidents.
