As part of the founding team, I'm grateful to have played a key role in launching and growing this pioneering multi-disciplinary healthcare center. My responsibilities span pre-launch planning, operational optimization, and revenue growth - with direct P&L accountability.

Pre-Launch: I handled contract matters, clinic build-out, and participated in the development of operational workflows to ensure a seamless patient experience from day one.

Operations: I manage and work with a dedicated team of healthcare professional. Through continuously analyzing performance data and vendors management, clinic's performance is continuously improved and optimized. I'm focused on maintaining operational efficiency while controlling costs.

Revenue Growth: I'm accountable for the center's P&L, including revenue targets, pricing, and profitability. I cultivate partnerships and lead marketing initiatives to expand our customer base which results in more than 3x direct revenue growth within 2 years.

As Bowtie's first in-house Talent Acquisition leader, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to build out this function from the ground up with support from our leadership team and HR team.
