While my career journey with Concentrix as a SSE I was closely working with the scrum master and found this role interesting. I got opportunity to work as a scrum master for a scrum team together with Software Engineer role. Later I gone through internal Scrum training and decided to transition in Scrum master role. As a scrum master I have over 2.5 years of experience. My roles and responsibilities as a scrum master is to facilitate the scrum events. Resolving team impediments and making sure team is able to perform at highest level of efficiency. Mentoring the new team to adhere and follow agile, scrum values and agile principles is part of my job role and it excites me a lot. I have also given training session for other teams to understand the scrum framework.
