I am a very enthusiastic and cheerful person, and I easily spread my drive and passion for excellence around me. I am analytical, organized, resilient, empathic, cross-functional skilled and eager to keep learning and improving. All these traits have helped me widely in my career to provide an outstanding service to customers and colleagues, whether while setting up business management processes, developing and designing the structure of a CRM, organizing training courses, preparing and tracking budgets and PNLs or managing an extremely successful congress with 3,500 attendees. My secretarial studies and work experiences have taught me to manage workloads and tight timeframes, becoming highly organized and efficient at prioritizing. My studies also laid the foundations of my IT expertise: Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Open Office, Adobe Suite, various CRMs, ERPs, CMSs systems... I love to learn, explore and develop any software or app that I come into contact with. There are three pillars to any organisation for me: * People: the heart, the motor that makes everything move * Data, the brain, the memory files that keep the information * Communication, the nervous system, the coordinator that makes everything work. Due to my inquisitive and analytical nature, I have professionally delved into the Data asset in more depth. I enjoy understanding how to manage the data, and finding ways to compile and analyse it so it becomes useful, relevant and easily accessible, as well as documenting and optimising processes and workflows to simplify the day to day workload and reduce the possibility of human error. Last, but not least, I consider myself a lifelong learner. Learning any new skill or information, from history to crochet, accounting to photography, cooking to SQL... There is no limit to our learning capacity, learning options and learning opportunities. Knowledge is one of our biggest treasures, and one of the few that no one can take away from us.
