Above all, I love helping people, especially my fellow Gen Xers! After spending nearly a decade as a business owner and work from home mom, I re-entered the traditional workforce. This is when I was met with the harsh reality that I would need to completely reinvent myself to succeed in the corporate world. So that's exactly what I did. Because of my personal journey, I have a soft spot for those who are either re-entering the workforce and those who are working to navigate a major career transition. As a leader, coach and mentor, I take great joy in the successes and wins of others! For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to leadership, community building, and creative problem solving. My passion for helping others to succeed is what drives me each and every day. A few facts about me: - I was raised within a highly competitive family, so I love to win!
