I was responsible for designing and implementing standard operating procedures for the specialty processing and people analytics teams related to our HRIS systems and data processing standards.  I also collaborated with multiple organizations throughout the county to design and implement reporting on a regular cadence.  I designed and implemented a monthly data QA program to identify key areas in which our HRIS data may be compromised and built dashboards and metrics around those areas in which we could make improvements to our processes to reduce errors.  I also supported our onboarding teams with the design and implementation of digital documents and tools to expedite the onboarding process. I created useful, actionable, and meaningful stories with data.

Human Resources Partner - Data Analytics and Specialty Processing

Greenway Health

I was promoted in July of 2022 to the HRIS Manager.  I was responsible for leading a team of two data specialists as the company’s first HRIS Manager on the first fully dedicated HRIS data team.  Our team was responsible for maintaining our HRIS and LMS systems.  Working in collaboration with multiple departments and leaders, our team designed and implemented data dashboards and worked with our IT and development teams on integrations between systems.  My team was responsible for ensuring the monthly training compliance reporting was distributed to all leadership members in addition to our PE organization.  Our team also assisted with the implementation of a performance management and compensation module within our current HRIS system.

I supported over 400 employees within the Legal, Compliance, IT, Development and Product Management teams for an electronic healthcare records company.  My responsibilities included working with leaders to develop succession plans, identify performance opportunities, design career pathing and target hiring for multiple groups within Greenway.  I worked closely with our talent acquisition organization to connect hiring managers with their assigned recruiters to ensure that we were in alignment with our talent strategy and that we were identifying key talent for open roles.  I was also responsible for providing guidance to employees and leaders regarding all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

I supported over 400 professional staff in one of Tampa’s oldest law firms.  With 11 offices along the East Coast and California, I worked in conjunction with the Directors of Administration to ensure that all Human Resources functions were conducted in a consistent and compliant manner.  I was responsible for the implementation of the firm’s first Affirmative Action Plan and ensuring that all department leaders were trained on the requirements of the plan.  Additionally, I was responsible for working closely with our benefits brokers to research and prepare an annual benefits review for presentation to the firm’s COO and CEO to ensure that we were providing cost-effective and cutting-edge programs to our employees. I was able to leverage a cost-neutral solution for applicant tracking and electronic benefits enrollment for the firm.  I worked with various departments on hiring and recruiting strategies and employee relations matters.

I supported over 250 employees within the IT, Development and Product Management groups for an E-commerce company.  I worked closely with our HR specialist and benefits administrator to recoup over $75K in over-billed benefits with our PEO.  I also worked closely with the CFO and company owner to identify key talent deficiencies to target recruiting efforts.  I was able to quickly identify and correct several errors in benefits reconciliations to ensure that the 1095s were accurate and distributed in a timely manner.  I also assisted the President and CFO with reporting requests as part of the due diligence process prior to the company being purchased.

Human Resources Operations Manager

I supported over 500 employees within a pharmacy benefits and ancillary benefits management organization.  I was responsible for the administration of our organization’s benefits plans and implemented electronic enrollment within the company.  I ensured compliance with all ERISA/DOL/IRS and EEOC requirements and completed a DOL audit with no findings.  I facilitated new hire orientation and training and onboarding for the organization.  I was also responsible for facilities management and security for three locations to include vendor and contract management, buildouts, and maintenance.  I was responsible for leading a cross-functional team to implement an emergency notification system and policy manual.  I provided reporting and other information for auditing and accreditation processes as a member of the audit and compliance committee.
