With over 15 years of experience in education, talent development and programme management, I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams to achieve their potential through impactful learning experiences. My career spans leadership roles in both the private and education sectors, where I have successfully designed, delivered, and scaled a range of learning programmes to meet diverse needs. As Managing Director of Signature Tuition Ltd, I led the development of award-winning, tailored learning programmes for diverse audiences, growing the business and achieving strong outcomes in client satisfaction and staff performance. Additionally, as a Board Director for the UK Tutors' Association, I contributed strategic insights and developed stakeholder partnerships to elevate industry standards and advocate for the professional development of educators across the sector. In my current role at Eton College, I work closely with a range of stakeholders, including schools, trusts, businesses, and community organisations, to design and deliver outreach programmes that align with the institution's goals for access and inclusion. This collaborative approach has expanded our network of partnerships significantly. By conducting detailed learning needs analyses and continuously evaluating programme outcomes, I ensure that we meet both participant needs and Eton’s strategic objectives. I have also served as a Department Leader in a large school, where I managed a team and implemented data-driven quality assurance processes. I also gained extensive experience in education as an English Teacher and A-Level Curriculum Lead, where I focused on curriculum design and ensuring outstanding academic outcomes. In addition to my professional experience, I serve as a School Governor, contributing to the strategic direction and governance of the school, ensuring that educational provision aligns with the needs of all students and the broader community. I am also PRINCE2 Foundation certified, with robust project management skills that complement my experience in programme design and delivery.
