•	Dealing with enquiries relating to baptisms, weddings and funerals, liaising with wedding and funeral coordinators, and engaging organists and vergers.

•	Ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the parish office in the absence of the Administrator: managing the church diary and petty cash supply, booking external personnel, and acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries.

•	Made a substantial contribution to the setting up of a new website.
•	Implemented procedures to ensure effective office operation including setting up a shared calendar and Google Drive and overhauling the electronic filing system.
•	As Data Protection Lead, ensured that the church was operating in line with GDPR: obtaining the ICO certificate, undertaking a large-scale mailing to existing contacts by email and post, and updating the database accordingly.
