My job is to train teachers and Master trainers on the Resource Material of the content. I train them how to implement a set methodology in classroom effectively. How they can make the classroom  environment more student centered. The areas which I mostly train them are:
1. content knowledge 
2. reading
3. pronunciation (a major aspect)
4.time management
5. queries

My job is to develop Resource Material for teachers. It includes Lesson Plans and Activities in such a way that it helps them to understand  the methodology.
