A desire to build connection and help others has always been the ultimate goal. An exchange I’ll never forget: I once spent over an hour assisting a non-English speaking customer with a membership signup. We spent the hour passing his phone back and fourth using Google Translate. While I could tell at times, he did get frustrated, we worked through it together with patience. The customer was beaming with gratitude at the end of the process, as was I. Within the span of an hour, we connected, overcame an obstacle and managed success. With the experiences I've gained in the varying professional settings I've worked in, I’ve learned that I am at my best when I’m supporting others through tough times. Patience is my superpower. I am satisfied when I know I've made a difference, big or small. I am looking forward to an opportunity where I can make connections, build relationships, and continue to grow.
