When I started at Snow Horse Marketing, there was a team of three being tasked with building out, marketing systems and media channels as well as supporting sales.

I built out paid marketing distribution channels for Web, display, Google, meta-, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 

Created partnerships with Paid media distributors, creating effective attribution and reporting systems and additional services for clients.

In addition, I supported our client retention team with methods and processes for monthly reporting and monthly fractional CMO strategy. With effective attribution and reporting systems and processes.

Help scale and assist the sales team double revenue each quarter over the first two years.

Built and scales our talent recruiting, and contractor acquisition hiring process. 

With our operations manager built out effective on boarding and training systems. Resulting in shaving three months training down to two weeks.

Coordinated with Board and investors on budgets, and annual planning. And annual one year and 5 year roadmaps.

Created designed and managed our annual company retreat for our remote teams at Snowbird.  

I currently oversee operations and talent with four departments. Scaled team of 3 to over 30 full time, part time and contractors. 

The result of my efforts is the satisfaction of building Snow Horse Marketing into an establish agency from Startup phase. 

We have scaled working from startup clients to midmarket and enterprise accounts.
