As Senior Growth Associate for the HelloFresh Group ANZ Brands, my role is to discover, develop and execute on strategic partnerships, with goals relating to conversions, reactivations, and retention.

I work with a variety of partners, from gyms to big corporation employee programs, and across a variety of mediums (flyers, gift cards, employee benefits, online partnerships).

I am super excited to be supporting the re-launch strategy for Youfoodz following their acquisition by HelloFresh. 

Reporting to the Youfoodz Director of Growth, my main goal is to efficiently grow the
Youfoodz Influencer marketing channels and relationships with influencers in Australia. In addition to building my skills in campaign setup and delivery I have become fluent in lifecycle economics (CAC,
LTV, CPM, AOV) and been exposed to online, offline and viral growth channels. 

I lead the ideation, briefing, set-up, coordination and implementation of the influencer channels, tests and campaigns, work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders and provide guidance on the optimal set up for tests and campaigns, and ultimately secure and nurture partnerships with influencers.

As President, I was responsible for running the society. This was challenging during Covid times. My role included but was not limited to working alongside the Treasurer and Marketing team to ensure events (trivia nights, karaoke nights, musical theatre) are run within budgets and are deemed successful by ActivateUTS, and working with the Vice President to create and maintain a strong relationship with other UTS societies, theatre societies from other unis, and related businesses such as MonkeyBaa Theatre Company.

As treasurer I was responsible for all financial transactions. This including maintaining a thorough record of all expenditure and income for more than 15 events we held.

As the Marketing Assistant, I was responsible for the production and coordination of social media content. I am well experienced in social media copywriting, editing (Club magazine, official workplace documents and public relations), email and text formulation, and website content or design updates. Working alongside my managers, I created a wide variety of graphic content for posters, TVs, and social media. I was in charge of organising photoshoots with the Head Chef who prepares the meals for me to then photograph. Our social media following on both Facebook and Instagram continued to grow throughout my employment, which is a credit to the effort and detail I put into each and every post I produced.

Following a review in which I expressed my passion for events and social media, I was offered the incredible experience of being Events Host, which involved managing staff, patrons and the entertainment (riders and performers) on the night of an event.

Working on the floor at Manly Leagues, I became proficient in bartending, cafe, reception and waitressing. I regularly worked in the Change Bar, which involved handling large sums of cash, Keno and TAB, and in the Gaming Room, which involved tray service, extraordinary customer service, and an understanding of how to repair gaming machines. During the NRL season, I was able to develop the skills to work under extreme pressure, working efficiently as a member of the bar team. I was regularly placed in functions, including Graduation Dinners, Wedding Receptions, 18th and 21st Birthday Parties and live music, which was very fast paced, and involved bar tabs.

This experience taught me how to work proficiently with a large variety of people. I quickly worked my way up to Team Leader, which meant I was regularly in charge of store Visual Merchandising, following strict company guidelines on how to display products. I helped hire and train new staff, and manage the team when the Store Manager was absent. Being Team Leader also involved cash handling, solving problems under pressure and completing Microsoft Office administrative tasks.
