Hi my name is Dr. Sarah Al Alam Thank you for visiting my page . I wear a lot of hats. I had to do a lot of other healthcare professionals and women that I’ve connected with. I work as a pharmacist in a community setting and have been doing that for over 10 years now . A few years ago, my husband and I went through our own health transformation, and I fell in love with the health and wellness space. How we can heal our body and our minds with not only nutrition but other lifestyle changes such as a breath work. I’m also a mom of three kids so my life is super crazy but I have this feeling inside me that I was not for so much more that I can help people and they’re on healing journeys . My son has taught me a lot they say he has a diss regulated nervous system, so he has a hard time controlling his emotions . I’ve learned in the process of healing that I do as possibly In part because of the high stress , busy work environment that I’ve grown so used to . As a Pharmacist we are taught so much about medications but now I see that there is a time and place for medication’s and a lot of times they are use just as bandaids not really treating the root of the problem. But that’s just the problem with the fast pace, no time for you healthcare system we are so used to . A little about me : - I am first generation American - my family is from Lebanon so yes I grew up here but I was raised in the Lebanese culture - I am a type A perfectionist - I have the need to control EVERYTHING ( working on this ) - I am very introverted ( large crowds make me anxious ) - I don’t have all the answers and I’m not gonna pretend I have everything figured out but I’m trying because I know there’s so much more out there for me and for you too !
