- Grew number of HubSpot Academy Certifications 2,300%, from 500 to 12,000 a month.
- Generated 11% of HubSpot's net new leads every week.
- Built systems & processes to empower Professors to create 5 new high-quality certifications in 2016.
- Co-PMed HubSpot's Learning Center by aligning 40+ stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, Academy, and the executive team. Led to the creation of an 8-person engineering team focused on Academy initiatives.
- Responsible for the Academy Certification user experience & results -- which included the website and marketing efforts, the certifications product, & co-PMing the Learning Center product. 
- Mined data and conducted research projects to create Academy product roadmap which resulted in new Academy programs and updates to product positioning, UX, content, teaching and assessment methods, and more.

Grew HubSpot Academy (Certifications Program Manager)

- 10xed Academy user growth by rolling out the video-based training approach. 
- Conducted hundreds of customer education sessions with excellence.
- Responsible for the direction, quality, and success of Academy educational products.
- Presented full-day paid training sessions for HubSpot customers in-house, local customer user groups, and Training Day @ INBOUND.
- Advised customers weekly (100+ customers in total) on strategies to improve their marketing efforts

Scale HubSpot Academy (Senior Inbound Professor)

- Started HubSpot Academy with two other team members.
- Built first 3 classes (webinars) within three months with ~50 users/week. 
- Owned direction, development, and processes for live training.
- Created the initial operating systems for HubSpot Academy to launch, grow, and scale operations to support users, many of the processes are still in use today.
- Constantly researched groundbreaking teaching methodologies leading to the development of the first (webinars), second (live labs), and current iteration (videos) of Academy's educational products.
- Led online marketing trainings with 10 - 300 attendees for customers of varying businesses from SMB to Fortune 500 CEOs.
