Harris Creative is an award-winning construction marketing agency with 35 years experience that is based in the heart of Leeds. 

As senior social media manager, I am responsible for planning and executing social media strategies for a wide range of clients in the construction industry across LinkedIn, Twitter Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. My role includes planning and executing organic and paid social campaigns across all platforms by developing engaging, creative and innovative content. I also take an active role in overseeing the work and development of the social media team members. 

Additionally, I am involved in existing and new business proposals, delivering social media training for clients, reporting, competitor analysis, platform and community management and working closely with the design team on photography and video briefs.

I was responsible for social media marketing for agency clients across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. This included organic and paid social, influencer outreach and gifted campaigns as well as community management. I was also responsible for social media audits, social media strategies and advising clients on best practice. 

Clients I have worked with include a mixture of B2B and B2C including a property development company, food and drinks brands, a tissue brand, a pre-paid funeral brand and a charity involved with the NHS.

Rascal + Friends offers premium nappies at an affordable price and sells products exclusively through Tesco. I was responsible for organic and paid social content along with community and influencer management across Facebook and Instagram. I worked closely with Tesco and provided regular reports to the senior buying team. I was also involved with running sampling campaigns, in-store marketing activations and NPD testing.

TMW Limited is a customer engagement agency based in London. I was part of a remote team responsible for social media community management and social listening for the Barratt and David Wilson Homes (UK housing developer) accounts. The team worked on a shift rota and we managed customer care across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The platforms used were Khoros for community management and Meltwater, TweetDeck and Trustpilot for social media listening.

Bella Design & Marketing is a well established creative agency based in Knutsford, Cheshire and Central Manchester. 

I was responsible for the day to day management of social media and PR for seven clients in a range of industries from a yearly agricultural show to a travel media provider to commercial property surveyors. Each client had at least two social media channels and I gained experience working on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. I was responsible for paid social media advertising and reporting on ROI.

The distribution of press releases and ensuring that news articles were updated regularly on each client website was my responsibility as was ensuring regular client contact and good working relationships.

I was also responsible for SEO, Google Ads and Google My Business for clients.

Bayleys Real Estate

Bayleys is New Zealand’s largest full-service, locally owned real estate company.  Bayleys North Shore was a franchise of Bayleys comprised of three offices on Auckland's North Shore.  

I was responsible for project managing and supporting all online initiatives nationally and internationally for Bayleys North Shore.  I managed the web, customer service and rental divisions, which included four direct reports.  

Key Achievements:
•	Re-developed the regional website and increased traffic.  
•	Developed the Bayleys North Shore auction system with an external IT supplier, which was later used by Bayleys head office.  
•	Managed the merge of several databases into Salesforce.com.  
•	Grew Bayleys North Shore’s international presence through a partnership called Global Footprints and an alliance with New Zealand News UK.
•	Represented Bayleys North Shore at a property seminar in England.
•	Set up a rental division.

APN News & Media

APN News & Media was a media organisation with a portfolio of newspapers, magazines, radio, outdoor and digital.  

Real Estate Key Account Manager with large clients including Bayleys Real Estate, Colliers and CBRE.  

Developed and maintained strong working relationships with key stakeholders; clients, other APN departments (online, outdoor billboards, radio and print) as well as editorial.

Implemented and managed the production process of media advertising, portfolio production and database management for 57 offices nationwide consisting of 1000 sales agents including three direct reports.  

Key Achievements
•	Created new and improved existing processes for reconciling and booking advertising.
•	Streamlined the portfolio production process using CampaignTRACK.  
•	Project managed, designed, implemented and delivered a CRM system for the marketing department. 
•	Overhaul of the portfolio suite – worked with a design agency to re-design portfolios to include editorial and paid advertising.
•	Responsible for raising $200,000 in 2008 and $150,000 in 2007 for sponsorship of the Bayleys national conference. 
•	Worked with the Bayleys events team to organise an exhibition hall to showcase sponsors products.
•	Updated the Bayleys brand style guide and rolled out an internal brand recognition campaign.

Responsible for the one year roll out of CampaignTRACK to 63 offices nationwide.  The project ran on time, to budget and within scope.
