- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that effectively showcases and sells our products. Achieved an impressive 20% increase in IG reach within just one month and instrumental in achieving the company's largest Black Friday sale, resulting in a 16% growth in revenue compared to the previous year.

-UGC Video Production: Create engaging User Generated Content (UGC) videos that visually showcase our products. Deliver high-quality videos that embody the brand's lively personality. 

- Instagram Management: Manage the company's 2 Instagram accounts, @get.soul and @tryoutofoffice - posting daily photos, videos, and stories

- In-Person Collaboration and Events: Attend company promotional events across Austin, TX and work alongside co-founders Angie and Mike to create social media content. Contribute to the creation of compelling video content, brainstorm creative concepts, and devise innovative marketing ideas to strengthen brand identity.

- Graphic Design Direction: Direct graphic design efforts by closely collaborating with our designer. Provide clear guidance on creative elements and adjustments to optimize posts for maximum impact on Instagram. Ensure alignment with the brand's visual aesthetics.

- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing marketing efforts. Collaborate with other channels, such as email, to curate a cohesive marketing plan for product launches and sales.

- Addressing inquiries by responding to DMs from students, affiliates, and potential members, enhancing their overall experience with Instaclubhub
- Played a key role in the development and ideation of new products to offer members
- Played a key role in crafting the format of the new Instaclubhub platform, contributing to a more user-friendly and efficient experience for our community - and assisted with the platform transition to Searchie.
