As a labor sociologis and a consultant: trainings and consulting in multiple companies within multiple industries. My experience ranges from the headquarter of a luxury Parisian brand to the companies in charge of the trash collection. I am able to build recommendations and strategies from my discussions with all the stakeholders – inclusive the trade union representatives.

Different missions:
- In charge of a large intervention inside a French bank encountering a large number of suicides or suicide attempts in the workplace.
I created a model of intervention allowing the gathering of more than 10000 feedbacks. I analyzed this material and wrote the synthesis for the management and the executives

- Training the trainers on how to understand stress and burnout and detect suffering among their trainees and colleagues. This mission lasts 6 months during which I trained groups of trainers in several business centers in France during 2 day trainings.
Building and writing of all the training material: presentations and activities
Facilitating of the training for groups of 6 to 15 people

- Study and analysis of all the managers’ activities and responsibilities to implement new career developments – Public transportation

- Stress assessment – public transportation: Interviews of the bus drivers, their managers, the trade union representatives and the HR team. Writing of recommendations to improve their working conditions

- Training for managers, HR team and members of the work council to raise awareness on the role of every stakeholders in the prevention of professional risks. 

- Teaching: course Social Audit of the Master “Social and HR Management” at the University of Paris Sud.

Café ZZP is an online and offline community of more than 800 French speaking entrepreneurs in The Netherlands.
Online, it's a Facebook group where you can find support and informations.
Offline, we organize monthly events in Amsterdam and The Hague. At each event you'll have the opportunity to follow a presentation covering a topic related to business management and development. 
Café ZZP allows you to develop your professional network for collaborations, best practices discussions and business development.
In January and June we also meet for an informal get together in the evening.

Devant le nombre croissant de francophones souhaitant s'installer en tant que free lance et créer leur activité/entreprise, nous avons créé un réseau spécifique pour les auto-entrepreneurs qui se réunit une fois par mois. Plus de 250 membres (septembre 2017)
