Co-developed student internship program to provide clinical education to occupational therapy students; supervised and prepared 11+ students for work in mental health settings by designing learning opportunities to support increased self-awareness, confidence, and skills for entry-level competency 

Co-developed system for providing occupational therapy consults that expanded services from one to four units

Designed and facilitated groups, workshops, and individual treatment sessions for caseload of 14 acutely symptomatic patients on a secure inpatient unit. With focus on clarifying individual interests and values, identifying barriers to engagement, and maximizing strengths to support recovery and goal achievement. 

Administered and interpreted functional cognition, sensory processing, and functional mobility assessments to inform individual treatment planning

The ServiceNet Enrichment Center is an innovative day program that facilitates healing for adults with acquired brain injury through social programming that integrates physical, occupational, and speech therapy. 

Produced brain injury awareness event at Bay Path University that resulted in annual inclusion in their occupational therapy neuroscience curriculum and student opportunities for shadowing and internships

Supervised students and occupational therapy assistants 

Initiated collaboration with Chicopee Community Gardens to create wheelchair accessible paths and raised garden beds

Developed programming and facilitated 200+ groups to support psychosocial, cognitive, and physical rehabilitation toward improved quality of life and community reintegration
