If you read my resume, you’ll see in the 20+ years since earning my BA degree, I've successfully performed in formal leadership roles in every organization in which I've worked. I quickly climbed the ladder of corporate leadership success, serving most recently as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer in the beef industry (an industry that I did NOT grow up in). 

I am a hope dealer and anti-average advocate. 

I help people who want to blaze epic trails and who say "NO!" to mediocre.

I serve professionals who are being called to show up in much bigger ways. Leaders who are looking to re-define the rhythm of their leadership.

The GRSB envisions a world in which all aspects of the beef value chain are environmentally sound, socially responsible and economically viable.

Successful leadership and management of the organization, founded in 1952 to provide a voice for women who are passionate about the beef industry. Supported development of staff and volunteer leaders. 

Grew membership. Raised significant organizational funding via grants, sponsorships and strategic partnerships. Executed innovative leadership development tactics for collegiate members and volunteer leadership team. Directed internal and external communication strategies for beef promotion and legislative efforts. Revamped organizational structure to align to current priorities and prepare for future growth. 

Directed ANCW’s checkoff funded consumer information strategies, including the National Beef Ambassador Program, National Beef Cook-off, social media engagement and retail consumer engagement events.

American National CattleWomen, Inc

Program Manager for checkoff funded programs. Responsible for planning, execution and evaluation of ANCW's program deliverables including:

-The National Beef Ambassador Program (NBAP) designed to engage youth beef advocates and develop their leadership skills, 

-National Beef Speakers Bureau (NBSB) which placed highly successful cattlewomen volunteers in the middle of urban education events to share their passion for today's modern beef story, 

-Creative social media engagement strategies that provided avenues for consumers to connect with beef producers.

Desert Schools Federal Credit Union

•	Effectively directed organizational training efforts for the largest credit union in Arizona, to support Employee Satisfaction, Financial Results, Member Solutions, and Community Involvement strategies. 

•	Led team of 12+ Trainers and Instructional Designers to implement instructor led and eLearning courses to improve relationship building skills, technical skills needed for a seamless core system conversion, and leadership competencies needed to build a high trust, engaged, coaching culture.   

•	Enhanced on-boarding processes by establishing a consistent and measurable progression of learning for new team members across all lines of business.

Facilitated training sessions using Cuna Mutual’s Sales Strategies programs for Tellers, New Account staff, Loan Officers and Contact Center staff.  

Successfully developed and administered Idaho Central University, an employee development program with 95% voluntary participation.
