I’ve remained positive throughout, believing wholeheartedly that everything is working out wonderfully.

⭐ "Let’s just say I was not in the best place in the world when I began working with Sarah J Naylor. 🏖️☀️🏖️ And this is why we moved to the coast!  And is exactly what I said to Gareth as we grabbed an hour to walk along Old Hunstanton beach yesterday. 🏖️🏃🏼‍♀️🏖️




We’d already done bootcamp in front of the sea on Heacham North beach - what an amazing location for bootcamp, & been to the recycling centre twice with garden waste from Saturday’s gardening following Sandringham parkrun! 🏃🏼‍♀️🌳

The lie down in the sun for 5 minutes by the dunes was bliss. Got to love feeling the warmth of the sun on your face. 😍

We’d arrived at the beach following a trip to a rather lovely barn conversion to buy a couple of bedside cabinets on Facebook marketplace and got chatting to a couple who’d relocated from London.  She’s working with a business that’s opening a new restaurant locally .. 

Love the conversations that happen randomly that see you make new friends and connections which is happening all the time as we get out and about with all that we do .. i think we’re practically on first name terms at the tip right now too! 

Norfolk is so friendly and such a chilled place to live .. I know it’ll get busier as the season opens up but we’ve already been given back road tips. And, we will be getting our bikes out too. You adapt. You do things differently. You go with the flow. 

And this weekend we have friends heading to the area who we’re looking forward to catching up with. 😍


Perfect location for Gareth Tomlinson and I to live & perfect beaches for Walk & Talk coaching sessions too. 

Love how we’ve transformed our lives in the last year. And fully appreciate it too.

Let’s get the bikes out and cycle down to the beach. 

On a windy day! 


To be fair, apart from being blown into the road a little by the side wind on the 2.5 mile cycle down to the beach, all was well. 

Let’s cycle along the sand (we were on mountain bikes) to Heacham (3 miles) … oooh this was great fun!! 

The wind was behind us! Gotta love it when the wind blows you along! 💨🚴🏼🏖️🤩

It was brilliant being on the blustery beach. 

Shall we cycle to Hunstanton? 

Yes, let’s do it! 

And off we cycled with the wind behind us … yay! 

We did move off the beach when we were able to follow the tracks behind the seafront.

Shall we grab a coffee in the Terrace? A lovely little bistro just up from the seafront. 

Yep, let’s do it.

Aah, this is the life. 

Gareth and I sat outside and took pleasure in the simple things … 😎

Time to cycle back. 

Well, we knew what was coming … head wind. 💨💨💨😱

OMG! 

The side roads / tracks were tough enough but back along the beach was brutal as the bike tyres struggled at times in the gravelly sand and it was trying to cycle against treacle! 

We could’ve cycled back along the A149 but I really did want to be out on the main roads in that wind. 

Our, let’s take the bikes out for an hour, turned into a 3 hour adventure!!

I was KNACKERED!! 

I do love getting out and about though and doing different things.

Keep doing the same thing and you’ll get the same results. 

Make small changes and see what happens! 

Although the next time we do this route I’m choosing a less windy day!! 😆

I was absolutely thrilled, as you can imagine, to see this 5-star review appear on my Insight Timer profile ratings and review section yesterday - whoop, whoop. 😍 

It was in reference to the abridged & audio version of my Manifest Your Dream Job digital course, the full version of which is available via Recruiting Gym - home of recruitment training.  The course was an extended version of my book Shining a Light on You, How to Manifest Your Dream Job, which I published back in 2017.  How time flies.

Whilst the world has changed technologically, the content of my book and the course is still very relevant.  They focus on your talents and passions, purpose and potential, and help cultivate a mindset that is focused on creating that dream job and what that looks like specifically.  And then encourages you to tune in and act upon the messages that are all around you.  Your dream job can manifest in ways you might never expect. 💫💫

I can vouch for how it works as I have always manifested jobs .. and that is why and how the book was born. I weave in my own experiences, my career in recruitment, my skills as a coach and my spirituality / understanding of how energy and the quantum realm operate.  

Being able to re-purpose this material again with Insight Timer has been magical and it currently has over 300 students registered.  Given that there are 28 million users of this app it is only a small number at the moment.  However, receiving a review like this means SO much to me as I love doing what I do to help others live their best lives. 

I do of course also work with clients on a 121 basis using the same methodology.

🌟🌟🌟 Well … it’s been a full on weekend and all plans to post early this morning flew out of the window! 🌟🌟🌟


I’m currently self coaching myself to recognise what I have achieved today to override the sense that I haven’t achieved anything.

My common sense / logical brain knows what I’ve done 👍🏻 

My tiredness is giving that naughty chimp 🙉 chatter an opportunity to muscle in .. so, to get my own back I’m now going reflect upon what I have done today! 

🌟 Got up - hurrah! It was a later one than planned. One of my oldest school friends (we started aged 5 at infant school together) is visiting with her husband & whilst they have accommodation elsewhere, on account of their crazy dog Jackson & our 2 cats, we’ve spent all weekend showing them around different parts of Norfolk & last night I cooked a curry which we took round & I consumed more alcohol than planned .. oops! 

🌟 I’m following the Glucose Goddess at the moment (it’s not a diet it’s a different way of eating to avoid ‘spikes’ & lethargy post carb intake) … as such I cooked breakfast & prepared lunch accordingly for Gareth Tomlinson .. not sure what’s for dinner yet though - any ideas?? 

🌟 I’ve spoken to my parents .. my 89 year old dad is temporarily in residential care whilst my 85 year old mum recovers from her hip replacement surgery which took place last week. She’s doing really well .. I reckon she’s close on bionic what with a knee replacement last year & 2 cataract replacements too! 

🌟 I’ve edited a guided meditation/visualisation track that Insight Timer returned to me and gently requested more of an intro adding. As a result I’ve learned even more about how to use Audacity in order to do so. They’ve also published my first Premium Track .. once the meditation has been approved that will be 2 live premium tracks in addition to the 4 courses & free tracks that are already live & available.

🌟 And, whoop, whoop 🙌🏻 I received my first payment from Insight Timer today too .. yay! 

🌟 Slowly slowly building up a passive income stream. 💰💰💰

🌟 I started working with a fab new client who works within the recruitment sector .. and lives overseas too. In fact I’ve a few overseas clients now so really ought to add ‘international coach’ to my bio in addition to international podcast host. 

🌟 In between the above I’ve sorted out some ‘odds ‘n’ sod’s’ too .. you know how it is .. emails, laundry, cats! 🐈 

And so yes, whilst I’ve not felt as on the ball as I like to feel I have achieved quite a bit of stuff. 

It’s all too easy to beat yourself up especially when you’re self employed as you’re constantly challenging / motivating yourself to get stuff done. 

Recognising your achievements is a good thing .. it really is.

💙💙💙 I literally had to drag myself off the sofa yesterday to head out for a post work trail run with Gareth - it was SO worth it though as you can tell be these photos! 💙💙💙



I’d had a busy day recording & editing content for Insight Timer which had in itself forced me to reach out and ask for help. I was re-recording a guided visualisation/meditation track that required music behind it and really didn’t know what to do for the best. 

I knew what I wanted to achieve (obtaining an audio track & merging with my newly recorded content) and needed to make a decision as to whether or not I needed to purchase additional tech or whether I was missing something blatantly obvious from what I already had to hand. 

I realised that I needed to make some informed decisions & then started to reach out to get some answers. Thank you to Sarah Brown (now Haté) Polly Hearsey  & Pete Allen - Podcast fella for all your responses. I was able to use Audacity & complete the task in hand without needing to spend a thing .. and thank you to those YouTubers who share info too! 

Still loads to learn but that’s what life’s all about .. the learning, the journey, the progress we make.

Fast forward to the afternoon and I went live for the second time on Insight Timer and loved the interaction that I was able to have with those attendees who are still referred to as ‘meditators’ as that’s how the app, which now has 28 million users, started. I was thrilled to discover afterwards that 90 people from all over the world had joined me too. 🤩🌏

And so yes, I’d had an adrenaline fueled day and was knackered. I listened to my body. Sat on the sofa, read a few pages of my book & then closed my eyes for a short while .. just enough to rest not sleep.

I’ll be honest, I was hoping Gareth Tomlinson might change his mind as it was so cold, but no, I wrapped up (he wore shorts!) and off we went for a run. We’re very fortunate to have some lovely woods where we live which take us down to the nature reserve which you can then cross to get to the beach. It’s still pretty wet there though so we reached the edge & took in the beauty and bird song & freezing wind (the woods were warm in contrast!) and ran home! 

Grabbed some dinner & headed out to Lidl (as you do) before nipping over to see our friends who are on holiday here too. 

Not bad all told considering I could easily have stayed on the sofa! 

When we push ourselves a little and get outside it really does is the power of good& I know Heather Waring has just shared a fab image today of the benefits of walking to our overall health too! 

Yoga tonight with Sarah Joanne Heeley 🧘🏼 & a walk around the block after lunch I think!

☀☀☀ What an amazing week - packed with all nature of fab stuff. And I'm now really looking forward to embracing the sunshine that has been forecast this weekend, especially now that I live by the sea. ☀☀☀ 



Although to be honest I've been a bit knackered and a tad worse for wear, following a very windy bike ride along the beach last Sunday that also saw me topple off due to the sand and wind combo - you should see the bruise on my leg!  

It's still been a week full of positivity and progress though. 😍 

Loved recording, editing and uploading another course onto Insight Timer, which has just been approved and will be published on Monday 15th April.  Whoop, whoop - that will be 4 live courses and already over 700 students across the 3 existing courses.  

On Tuesday I delivered my first live talk on Insight Timer and discovered afterwards that there had been 48 'meditators' aka listeners tuning in ... ooh! 

Wednesday saw me host my free online group coaching workshop ... it was amazing and I was thrilled to receive the following feedback:

“I want to say a big thank you to Sarah and the wonderful women who were so welcoming and inspiring in today's group coaching call.
