Strategy and Project Management
- Manage projects and ensure their successful delivery in an excellent and timely manner. Projects include Digital Media, E-Commerce (Platforms Development & E-Commerce management), & Online Marketing.
- Execute the yearly strategies for our clients and help our team implement them effectively.
- Work and collaborate with a team composed of Content Creators & Community Managers, Graphic Designers, and Paid Media Specialists. The job also requires managing work in collaboration with freelancers, influencers, and external suppliers.
- Be accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work/ projects on behalf of the digital team to the clients.

Research & Development
- Continuously research trends and gain Insights into the different industries to ensure our clients are always ahead of the competition.
- Watch webinars, and attend workshops to grow current skills or gain new skills that could be beneficial either internally or in Blue Hat’s mission to innovate with its clients.
- Give workshops, and presentations to the digital team regarding a skill needed, or in order to introduce new trends or insights that could be beneficial to their day-to-day tasks or professional development.

Social Media, Online Marketing, Strategy, and Creative Input
- Provide feedback and creative input to ensure excellence in regard to Social Media, Content Creation, Graphic Design, and Community Management in order to meet client needs. - Devise content strategy & editorial calendars for clients’ different social media channels.
- Generate creative online marketing campaigns and tactics that fit the strategy’s general aim and allocate channels and budgets accordingly.

Meeting KPIs and Business Goals
- Work effectively driving accountability and gaining organizational commitment to the process and KPIs set.
- Highlight inconsistencies and re-align the strategies accordingly by providing solutions to current problems or unmet KPIs.

Digital Strategist

Content Creation 
- Identify and understand the wants, needs, and motivations of key audiences for the client’s brand
- Prepare editorial calendars 
- Write Social Media posts and communications materials for client’s social media channels
- Create an E-Commerce Products Description
- Publish posts, articles, and engaging content on client’s websites

Community Management
- Publish posts on the client’s social media channels successfully and in a timely manner
- Moderate and manage online feedback from fans and clients
- Engage with fans and maintain their loyalty to brands through active community management
- Continuously test for best timings and best practices to post on client’s social media channels

Online Marketing
- Create, manage, and grow the client’s presence through Facebook, Instagram, and other strategically relevant online properties

- Plan and organize client events and plan meetups, giveaways, competitions, or special coupons, etc… and ensure their success

Analytics & Reporting
- Use Fanpage Karma, Sprout Social, and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually.
- Find ways to improve on those metrics through constant testing and taking on new initiatives.
- Take initiative by reviewing work and recommendations considering analytics for strategic accuracy and determining the next steps.
- Create social media reports that include a list of the numbers referring to the important numbers and KPIs along with a thorough analysis that explains the change in numbers.

Strategy & Project Management
- Stay on top of the latest trends in social media and Digital
- Develop Digital Campaign strategies for clients
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Client servicing: getting client briefs and managing their requests
- Project Management: coordinate tasks and projects with the team and the clients and ensure timely and quality delivery
